Gear is the most widely used driving part in mechanical transmission.As the key components of the internal transmission structure in high-speed handpiece,especially the 1:5 speed increase electric handpiece,its calculation and design degree of excellence directly related to products' work efficiency and service life.So do the necessary transmission design of handpiece's internal gears and conduct the corresponding meshing simulation analysis to guide the production and processing in order to promote the development of dental equipment and improve the patients' experience of handpiece treatment process.This paper plans to start on the basis of summarizing the high-speed handpiece development and aims at 1:5 speed up electric high-speed dental handpiece's internal drive system design and meshing simulation analysis method to do research.Based on the basic parameters calculation and strength check,we conduct precise gears model in the CAD software and verify the feasibility and applicability of the gear pair transmission system by the gear tooth contact analysis and kinetic analysis with the purpose of exploiting a research project which is suitable for handpiece driving gear pair design and production in the future.The main research contents include:(1)Study on the normal structure of high-speed dental handpieces' internal gear pair transmission system and complete the gear design and parameter calculation.Do futher inductive analysis on gears' stress distribution and strength calculation afterwards accomplish the corresponding two pairs of gears' calucution and intensity check.(2)Complete the parametric modeling of handpiece gears.According to the existing gear design parameters and gear tooth profile curve equation based on the involute theory,realize the gears modeling and virtual assembly and interference inspection in the SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling software.(3)Research on the bevel gear pair with TCA tooth surface contact analysis.Aim at the key bevel gear pair in the drive head and through the establishment of the coordinate system as well as the corresponding transformation relation's derivation.Establish the tooth surface equation and calculate the tooth contact points for the use in subsequent transmission errors calculation.(4)Perform the transient dynamics analysis of handpiece bevel gear pair meshing state.Import the existing model into the ANSYS finite element analysis software besides through the meshing,attribute set and the definition of contact,try to solve the the transient dynamics analysis and give the final design conclusions after applying constraint load.
