Abstract/Summary:
Refrigeration system is biological pharmaceutical,semiconductor electronic factory production support in the indispensable constituent,is mainly used for constant temperature and humidity,clean production workshop cooling compressor important heating equipment,such as preparing process cooling water,need to be running 24 hours a day.So among these,the refrigeration system is always in addition to the compressed air equipment power users.With the further development of science and technology,products more competitive,factories need to greatly reduce the production cost to enhance market competitiveness.And previous refrigeration system,cooling tower and cooling pump,refrigerator,frozen pump and other equipment is fragmented,imbalance of supply and demand,and too much human intervention,there is a certain energy waste.In this paper,in view of the semiconductor electronics factory in the refrigeration system in the energy conservation to study the optimal control,designed a set of energy-saving control system of refrigeration system.Part of refrigeration system cooling water system are analyzed,the refrigerator,the refrigeration pump three subsystems,the internal contact of refrigerating system energy consumption influence factors: water temperature,cooling water temperature of cooling water,chilled water supply temperature,chilled water,return water temperature,cooling tower fan frequency,frequency of cooling pump,refrigeration pump frequency.Among them,the temperature of the cooling tower water as the key control factor.After further analysis,it is concluded that the main energy saving control ideas:(1)on the basis of the existing equipment,try to be a small flow of large temperature difference control method.(2)the cooling water system,constant pressure differential operation of cooling water in cooling water system,cooling water pump frequency conversion control;Using nearly wet ball control principle,control cooling tower fan frequency conversion,the temperature of the cooling tower water close to the most energy-efficient cooling water supply temperature.(3)chilled water system,chilled water header pressure difference as the set value,control of frozen pump frequency conversion;Will the return water temperature of frozen water as the setting of the real time,predict the best chilled water supply temperature,output as a refrigerator temperature set point.Through the field installation of sensor,controller,signal cable laid,PLC programming and debugging,debugging and running,PC structures,and refrigeration systems save electricity running a total of $1 million/year,energy saving effect is obvious.
