Natural gas,as one clean energy,got more and more extensive application,and promoted world compressor manufacturer ot continuously improve the reciprocatingcompressor performance and application.With wider application of reciprocation compressor,the vibration problem of crankshaft showed gradually.The crankshaft is the most important part of the compressor unit and determines the service life.As the develepment of the compressor and more and more demanding work condition,a higher requirement for the crankshaft system is put forword.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of the subject,and puts forward the necessity of the research,then analyzes the current situation of the research of the compressor vibration at home and abroad.In this paper,the compressor every link in the process of project design are expounded,and indicate the need to pay attention to the design principle of each process,determine the overall scheme for HCP21 and design process.This article focuses on compressor,motor,coupling,pressure vessel process selection,process of gas pipe process calculation and drawing design in detail.According to the operation condition of the compressor and the possible operating mode,cited in the compressor crankshaft torsional vibration of shaft system analysis may be used in the process of working condition of source conditions,for the analysis of the torsional vibration of the next chapter laid a foundation.The lumped mass model of the crankshaft system composed of a compressor,a shaft coupling and an electric motor is established according to the preliminary coupling.Considering two conditions of flexibility and rigidity coupling,the analysis can find the risk point in the unit operating process.Key analysis will be carried out according to the risk point,and the get the conclusion.Through compared with the results of BETA company analysis,calculation error within 2.5%,the natural frequency of the coefficient in compressor design/torque constraints on indicators such analysis is consistent with the beta company.
