The maturity of IEC61850 standards and related technologies has promoted the development of digital substation,and the intelligent substation is also gradually realized as the advanced stage of digital substation.In 2014,the first digital traction substation in China was completed,and the railway digital substation has also accumulated its own construction experience.In order to improve the safety of intelligent substation,it is also very important to achieve a comprehensive anti-misoperation and lockout.Electrical misoperation will cause damage to the equipment and cause casualties when severe.The early railway only uses electrical locking to complete the interlocking of the circuit breakers and isolation switches,and it lacks effective protection measures for the interlocking with the ground line and the interlock between different compartments,and it is easy to cause misoperation.Aiming at all kinds of misoperation,based on the intelligent traction substation,this paper gives the configuration scheme of the five-prevention system and the overall structure of the intelligent traction substation.The station control layer,the interval layer and the process layer are locked through the layering configuration scheme,When the three layers of locking are all passed,the relay completes the operation command.The station control layer performs the simulated preview operation on the remote control command through the anti blocking logic rules,when completes the five anti verification,the station control layer sends the command to the interval layer;the interval layer edits the locking rules by the locking logic formula editor,and generates the XML file to download to the protection device CPU,and it also needs to receive the remote communication data and remote measure data in real time through GOOSE.When the interlayer five anti logic is satisfied,the GOOSE unlocking command will be sent to the process layer,and the process layer completes the final step according to the electrical loop locking in the switchgear.If the locking rule is met,the relay completed the operation.In this paper,based on the qt platform,a block module of station control layer was designed,and every operation is judged in real time by the operation rules of storage,so that the station control layer is prevented from misoperation.The ground blocking module was also designed in order to prevent the misoperation of the ground wire by monitoring and controling of the ground wire atresia in real time.Finally,by setting up the platform of traction substation,this paper verified the five-prevention system about anti misoperation,the conclusion is that the system can effectively prevent misoperation.
