China speeds up its urbanization steps and the population is becoming more and more concentrated in the cities and towns.In order to relieve the increasingly severe traffic pressure,it is imperative to accelerate the construction of the subway.Fastening system,as a kind of integrated system which can fix steel rails,keep rail gauge and offer flexibility is always one of the most important key technology in railway construction.Meanwhile,the fastening system which is the emphasis and difficulty for maintainment is a weak point in subway line,and also affect the safety when railway operation.The clip which offers clamping force is an key component for fastening system.But the clips always suffer damage caused by the working circumstance which is humid,acid and alkalinity.In order to improve safety,the optimized analysis for clip admits of no delay.Type DT?2 fastening system is the research object in this article which summarized the main problem and inducing factor.According to cause analysis,dynamic simulation analysis,optimization,workmanship and quality verification,the performance of DI clip has gotten be improved remarkably.Furthermore,all of these data have been solidified for clip production and research.The main work and conclusion for this thesis as follows:1.The subway train fastening system is always with weak clamping force,fatigue breaking,poor rust proof.As per the analysis from subway operation site,weak clamping force always caused by no specify the clip position;fatigue breaking always caused by the complex track condition and improper installation way;poor rust proof always caused by the improper surface treatment method.2.In 3D design software,the finite element model for DT?2 fastening system has been set up and analyzed the static load and Mises stress for DI clip based on simulation.3.As per the damage from subway operation site and simulated analysis,the raw material,process parameters,tooling and surface treatment have gotten been improved.Through a series of experiments,the influence factors of bullet diseases were found,and the feasibility of the improvement measures was proved.4.Consideration of the harsh working circumstance for subway fastening system,in order to minimize the damage,the dedicated maintainment method for sub-way fastening system has been raised.
