The electric vehicles have large compartments,their internal structures are more complex,and the number of passengers at the same time has a personal demand for ride comfort.The operating conditions of the vehicles are complex and changeable,while the bus air conditioning system is generally independent overhead air conditioning system,and its operating conditions are particularly harsh.Therefore,the des ign and optimization of the air conditioning system for electric buses is a necessary and promising task.This article has designed the air conditioning system for electric buses.The main contents are as follows:1)The technical status quo of the air-condition of the electric vehicle and the research results at domestically and abroad are analyzed,and the research objectives and key problems to be solved in this paper are determined.2)A system simulation model for the electric air conditioning system was established to study its performance under different ambient temperatures,and the main factors affecting its performance were analyzed.At the same time,a method of adding heat recovery devices to the fresh air system is proposed to improve the performance of the air conditioning system,improve its adaptability to different environments,and finally verify its effectiveness through system simulation.3)According to the differences in the structure and function of the carriage,it is divided into a front driving area,a central passenger area and a rear passenger area,and heat load models are respectively established.The air conditioning system simulation model was simplified to the air supply system model,and the multi-temperature zone control system model of the entire carriage was established in combination with each temperature zone model,laying the foundation for the design of the control system.4)Based on the model of multi-temperature zone control system established for the vehicle and the temperature control in each temperature zone as the goal,the sliding mode controller and the model predictive controller were designed.In summer conditions and winter conditions,simulations were performed on systems using different controllers to verify the effectiveness of the controller.Through comparison,the control effects of different controllers were analyzed.5)Taking a certain type of pure electric bus as the test object,the temperature field of the cabin was measured and tested under winter conditions.Based on this,a reasonable geometric model of the compartment was established and the appropriate boundary conditions were obtained.Finally,using CFD software,the te mperature distribution inside the cabin was simulated,and the necessity of multi-temperature zone control was compared and analyzed.At the same time,the feasibility and effectiveness of the designed multi-zone air conditioning system controller were verified.
