In recent years, the rapid development of China's high speed rail and the increasing number of lines have brought great convenience to people's travel. However,in the high speed operation also exists in the high-speed rail transport waste,is the high-speed rail attendance is low, which greatly wasted high-speed rail transport, how to make full use of high-speed rail transport,high-speed rail transport reduce resource waste, improve the high-speed operating profit of this subject is to solve the problem.Because of the coming of the information age,e-commerce has not only changed people's traditional way of consumption, but also stimulated the development of the logistics industry. The most prominent is the demand for express delivery.Especially in recent years the "double eleven" and " double twelve" shopping Carnival have appeared, the way of online shopping is gradually accepted by the public,China's express transportation industry maintained a sustained and rapid development of the situation. In the "double eleven" and “double twelve" period, there are tens of thousands of goods to quickly transport within a few days, the current road transport and air transport has brought great pressure on the transportation.According to the survey, the present express transport seventy or eighty per cent is land transportation,10%~15% is air transport, railway transportation only accounts for 2%~5%.Motor flexibility strongest;between the 500 to 1000 kilometers of high-speed rail and air transport time gap is small, the cost of high-speed rail on the apparent advantage.Analysis of the industry, the cost of transportation is lower than the high iron, high iron below the aviation express, express.Compared with air transport, high speed rail express has advantages in transportation cost.It is not difficult to find the problems existing in the present stage: "double eleven" period and “double twelve” during the peak passenger flow is high logistics of iron and National Day during the off-season,"eleven" during the Spring Festival and the peak passenger flow is the off-season logistics. This shows that there are periodic and tidal problems in both logistics and passenger flow. How do we reasonably allocate the transportation resources of passenger flow and logistics, relieve the pressure of highway and air transportation, and reduce the waste of transport capacity caused by high-speed rail transportation in the off-season? If we combine the transport resources of high speed rail with the express transportation industry,it will be able to achieve the purpose of integrating and sharing resources. In this paper,high-speed rail express transportation as the research background, the optimization of resource allocation as the main research direction, the present situation of high-speed rail express transportation is investigated and analyzed. The following aspects are discussed: the necessity and feasibility of high-speed rail express transportation in China at present stage is analyzed and elaborated, and the tidal trend of express industry is discussed, and the overall optimization idea and scheme design for high-speed rail express market are also presented.Through the sharing of resources, the rational use of space and the theoretical support of the periodicity of passenger and freight transport.Based on the realistic demand of the express market, the research and design of the optimal allocation of high speed rail transit resources are carried out.The ultimate realization of the market demand, the maximum economic efficiency of the railway sector, the highest utilization of transportation resources,Rational utilization and optimization of existing resource allocation can be used to achieve good economic and social benefits.
