As the transmission channel and posture regulator of the spacecraft in orbit,the reliability of the solar array drive assembly directly determines the working life of the spacecraft.It is difficult to obtain the failure mode and failure mechanism because of the diversity and uncertainty of the space environment.Moreover,because of the cost and technology,it is not satisfying to carry out physical experiment in the simulated space environment,so it is of great significance to carry out theoretical analysis.Traditional mechanical reliability analysis does not take into account the mechanical properties of degradation and load randomness and time correlation factors,which leads to the conventional reliability analysis method based on the generalized stress-strength for the reliability of a certain value,it does not fully reflect the mechanical reliability changes over time.As a result,the paper is based on the constructing of a time-dependent reliability mode,and studies its confirm index to build a higher precision and more accord with actual time-varying reliability model.so as to build a integration of the time-varying precision technology system reliability model and theoretical method,in order to realize the integration of space mechanical design of reliable life and its quality improvement work provides theoretical basis and technical support.This research analyzes the problems for the time-varying reliability of the solar array drive assembly.The following research is mainly carried out:(1)In the research we collect and analyze the time-varying uncertainty factors of space environment of solar array drive assembly,mainly including the space radiation,magnetic field and layer,the earth's atmosphere-the atomic oxygen erosion effect and alternating temperature.The key influencing factor is alternating temperature.(2)Through FMEA analysis of the solar array drive assembly,we make sure that the key feature is the rolling bearing.(3)Based on finite element thermal analysis,the solar array drive assembly roller bearing is analyzed and get some stress samples.Combining with the broker model theory,expression of the quantitative of stress with time is given.In this research,the time-varying limit state equation of the rolling bearing of the solar array drive assembly is established by the generalized stress-strength interference model theory.(4)The time-varying reliability model of the solar array drive assembly is established based on the theory of time-varying dynamic reliability analysis.Finally,the construction technology of the solar array drive assembly time-varying reliability model is formed.It has an important significance to improve the mechanical time-varying reliability...
