LM2500+SAC type gas turbine developed by General Electric Company is mainly used in our west-east gas pipeline.In order to ensure safety and stability of gas transportation,it is necessary to understand and predict the performance of the gas turbine components.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:The main components of the gas generator for LM2500+SAC type gas turbine,the main structure of the gas turbine test bed and the whole test are introduced in detail.A complete test was carried out for the GE188 unit and the data were collected.Then the results were compared with the United States Houston test bed.The thermodynamic performance calculation model of gas turbine core component was established based on the thermodynamic parameters(compressor efficiency,combustor outlet temperature,and high pressure turbine efficiency).The accuracy of the model was verified by comparing with GateCycle software.The reliability of the China Petroleum maintenance center test bed was proved by taking China Petroleum maintenance trial run data and Houston trial run data into thermodynamic performance calculation model.The changing rule of the efficiency of compressor and high pressure turbine with the environmental temperature was obtained by the calculation of the gas turbine in the field operation.The compressor efficiency can be increased by washing.A regressing prediction model of the gas turbine compressor equal entropy efficiency was established using the SVM theory.The cross-verification method was used to perform the optimization calculation for the major parameters(i.e.,the penalty factor C and kernel parameter r)during the establishment of the regressing prediction model.The prediction model can be used to predict the compressor equal entropy efficiency which provides an effective technical means for the prediction and early warning of gas turbine performance.It is verified by experiment that the performance calculation model and the equal entropy efficiency prediction model established in this thesis can effectively predict the performance of the gas turbine.Therefore,it is able to provide technical support for the protection of natural gas pipeline transportation.
