In recent years,the most serious social problems faced by various countries are energy exhaustion and environmental problems.The direction of the world's major enterprises is exploring new energy sources.With the development of science technology and the demand of new industry(such as express sorting,intelligent transportation,outdoor delivery),clean and pollution-free smart trolley tram has been developed rapidly.At present,the intelligent electric vehicle is also being applied to people's lives.So the domestic and foreign car companies all pay high attention to the development of new energy vehicles.The most widely used is the application of AGV to handle goods in factories,to sort express delivery automate dock and so on.There are many intelligent trolley games,in addition to the Freescale smart car competition organized by the University,the major international racing teams have joined the race car F1 equation in recent years.This paper is dedicated to provide a technical measureof the intelligent tram in the development,debugging,operation and maintenance in the process,which helps technician analyze the relevance of these data from voltage and current,speed,acceleration and state parameters,so as to reduce the development cycle,improve the system stability and maintenance to provide help.At the same time this system also introduced the remaining battery power to protect the battery.Therefore,the intelligent trolley monitoring and analysis system designed to realize the collect,display,analyze and save the intelligent tram related data.This system is divided into the front-end human-computer interaction system and the host computer monitoring and analysis system.The front-end human-computer interaction system adopts STM32F407 ZG as the core microcontroller.ST-emWin is used to design the front-end touch human-computer interaction interface.The FreeRTOS operating system realizes the scheduling of front-end data collection,data display,data saving and touch control tasks.The host computer monitoring system adopts C# software to design and realizes the data communication front-end system.The received data will be saved,processed,and displayed in real time.In order to further analyze the operation of the smart tram,wavelet analysis wasintroduced to filter the operating data of the smart tram and reconstruct the waveform characteristics of the data.Through the experimental measurement of intelligent trolley operation parameters showing that the design of the intelligent car running parameter monitoring and analysis system of the operation is relatively stable,the system can achieve the desired setting the battery information and tram information data acquisition,analysis and processing,waveform display and storage function.And the operation of wavelet analysis data waveform reconstruction can clearly response intelligent car the control signal waveform characteristics.
