It is suggested that: In the next five years,promote the low-carbon development of transportation and strengthen the track.Traffic construction is the primary goal.With the development of urbanization,the urban population continues to increase,traffic congestion,haze and other issues are serious,and the city locomotives(subway,light rail)must become the most important short-distance transport.Traction converters are converters in which the electric locomotive is arranged in the main traction circuit.The function of the traction converter is to convert alternating current and direct current,and control various traction motors to control th e operation of the locomotive.Because excessive temperatures can cause loss of power devices,the loss of power devices can cause heat loss to the converter,which in turn affects the operation of the entire converter system.Generally,the operating temp erature(average/peak value)of the traction converter and The chip technology,operating conditions,IGBT specifications,module size,heat sink size and ambient temperature are related.The maximum allowable junction temperature of two heating modules is given in the traction converter module specification: in the constant conduction state without switching operation The maximum temperature must not exceed 175°C;in normal switching operation,the maximum temperature must not exceed 150°C.The flat micro heat pipe array transfers heat by gas-liquid phase change,and a large amount of heat can be transferred as long as there is a slight temperature drop.Previous researches have been conducted on flat micro heat pipe arrays.However,under the trend of high power and miniaturization of electronic devices,how to maximize and optimize the performance of heat dissipation systems in a limited space has become a matter of urgency.solved problem.In this paper,the flat micro heat pipe array is used as a fin of a city track locomotive traction converter radiator to improve the efficiency of heat dissipation.The thermal simulation software ICEPAK simulates and optimizes the fin tilt angle,fin spacing,and fin height of the model and analyzes the optimization principle.Based on this,an experimental bench was set up,and the simulation results were verified experimentally.The reasons for the error caused by the simulation and the experimental results were analyzed.By simulating the locomotive operation,it was discussed whether the taken experimental model could meet the heat dissipation requirements.Analyze the factors affecting the heat dissipation of the radiator,and provide the basis for further optimization of the cooling unit of the urban rail traction converter.
