The development of new weapons has promoted the continuous development of national defense,the missile borne tester plays a significant role in the development of new weapons.The missile borne tester is fixed inside the projectile,during the launch of the projectile and the impact of the target.It needs to withstand acceleration shocks more than ten thousand g.At present,the missile borne tester used under strong impact load has quite a few problems in impact reliability and life evaluation.For example,the impact limit index is not clear,reusable times are uncertain and life distribution is not clear.Aiming at these problems this study carried out as follows:First,Analyzed the failure mode of the missile borne tester under high impact load,determined the failure of the missile borne tester is mainly due to high amplitude stress wave transmitted to test circuit,caused damage to the test circuit.And proposed some countermeasures how to isolate and attenuate stress waves.Proposed a simple and practical protective structure of missile borne tester can effectively isolate the stress wave.Second,Analyzed the materials used for the protective structure of the missile borne tester,building simulation model with the help of ANSYS/LS-DYNA platform,Simulation analysis of missile borne tester under high impact load by finite element method,obtained the stress distribution law of this protective structure under the high impact load.Produced high impact load by blow-test instruments,and a high overload experiment was designed to prove the impact reliability of the missile borne tester.Finally,proposed a life prediction method of the missile borne tester based on stress cumulative damage.The core of this method is to use the response result after the nth impact as the initial state of the n+1th impact calculation,according to the results of cumulative strain after each impact to determine the number of shocks that the ballast tester can withstand.The number of shocks can be simply considered as the service life of the missile borne tester.Avariety of numerical simulation analysis for the internal cumulative damage of the missile borne tester under repeated loading of impact load based on this method.Summary the cumulative strain data,plotted the life prediction histogram of the missile borne tester,confirm it's life length.
