Excessive overloading during transportation will not only endanger the safety and service life of roads and bridges, but also threaten the safety of road transport personnel. In order to be able to efficiently manage overloading of transport vehicles, the transportation department has put forward higher and higher requirements for the Weigh-In-Motion(WIM).However,the high-speed dynamic weighing system currently used in the market has complicated installation procedures,a large area of equipment, low sensitivity, low measurement accuracy, and the speed of the vehicle to be weighed cannot be too fast. Therefore,it has great significance to design a high-precision,high-sensitivity dynamic weighing system.Under this background, the paper designs a set of embedded high-speed dynamic weighing system with high measurement accuracy, good stability and high reliability based on piezoelectric quartz sensor.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used sensors in the dynamic weighing system, the 9195 G piezoelectric quartz sensor is selected as the weighing sensor of this paper. The hardware part adopts the highly cost-effective EP7312 ARM processor as the core of the dynamic weighing system, and the paper designs the processor module, the memory module, the man-machine interaction module and other hardware circuits. The software part uses ?C/OS-II as the real-time operating system, combines the functions of the hardware and technical requirements to design, and gives the corresponding design flow.Complete the test of the display interface and press the corresponding function key to call the relevant information. The paper studies frequently used algorithms in dynamic weighing, analyzes the problems existing in algorithms, and finally selects BP neural network algorithm to process the data collected in the system. The verification was performed on the axle weight data ofthree different weighted vehicles with two axes and three axes.It proves that the neural network algorithm is feasible in the vehicle dynamic weighing system and improves the accuracy of the weighing system.
