| The microorganism can cause corrosion on the internal face of the aviation fuel storage tank and transportation equipment.If the contaminated fuel was used by aircraft,units in the aircrfat fule system and engine fuel nozzle may work improperly,and if this situation continue it may induce aircraft disaster.In order to solve this problem,the antibacterial coating was explored that applied to the internal face of aviation fuel storage tank and transportation equipment.This coating can be used to sterilize and inhibit the growth of the microorganism.The technology that preparation process of ultrafine silver peroxide(AgO)antibacterial powders added in antibacterial paint and the powder surface treatment technology were researched.The mixing process of antibacterial powder and 036 paint and the comprehensive performance of its coating were studied.The main research contents and results including that:Ultrafine AgO powders were prepared by chemical liquid deposition.And the raw materials are silver carbonate,dilute nitric acid,sodium hydroxide and sodium persulfate,and the surfactant was sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS).XRD,KI titration and SEM were used to analyze the phase composition,AgO content,particle size and morphology of the powders.The results showed that the pH value of the reaction system was 13.40,m(Na2S2O8):m(AgNO3)=1:1,m(SDBS):m(AgNO3)=1:10,the reaction temperature was 60°C,and the reaction time was 30min.In this condition,the content of AgO in the powder is 99%,and its shape is a mixture of ball and flake.The microcapsule with nucleo-shell structure was prepared by using the compound emulsion method,which was made of polystyrene,dichloromethane and ultrafine AgO powder.This microcapsule was treated with PS as a shell,and was nucleated by ultrafine AgO powder.The effects of emulsifier dosage and stirring speed on microcapsules were studied.It was found that when m(ultrafine AgO):m(Span 80)=3:10,that microcapsules were spherical at a stirring speed of 1000 rpm and its particle size were about 1μm.The paint was produced,and the microcapsules are content in the paint to be a mass fraction of 0,wt,0.59 wt.%,1.19 wt.%,1,19,wt.%,1.78 wt.%,and 2.35 wt.%,and it’s also analyzed for the properties of the paint and the film that it forms.The results showed that the properties of the film,such as flexibility,adhesion,elasticity,and salt tolerance,were decreased with the increase of the microcapsules in the paint.The impact resistance,hardness,and corrosion resistance of fuel are less affected by the content of microcapsules in paint.The pigment volume concentration(PVC)is increased with the increase of microcapsule content.The antibacterial properties of the coating were detected by the foil method,and the results showed that the antibacterial property of the coating was enhanced with the addition of the microcapsule in the paint.When the addition amount of microcapsule in the paint was slightly higher than 1.19 wt.%,the antibacterial rate of the coating on bacillus subtilis and pseudomonas aeruginosa was above 99%. |
