The traditional aircraft deicing vehicle is equipped with a large number of deicing liquid heated to spray ice and snow covered fuselage,wings and other parts to achieve the effect of de icing and anti icing.However,there are many shortcomings in this deicing method: the chemical components can cause a certain degree of corrosion to the aircraft fuselage and the runway;some deicing fluid has not been fully affected by the ice and snow;the organic matter will have a great effect on the ecological environment and seriously destroy the balance of the life.Based on the above reasons,a new de icing method is used to deicing aircraft,steam jet deicing.It is the purpose of heating and melting ice and snow cover on the surface of aircraft body to achieve ice removal and ice melting.In this paper,the structure and working principle of the steam jet aircraft deice truck are discussed and introduced.The related parameters are calculated,the main components are selected and the design scheme of the whole vehicle is made.Then the theoretical analysis of the melting process of the steam jet is emphasized,and the speed of the steam melting is calculated.The basic principle of the jet technology,the principle of the conversion of ice water and the derivation of the related formulas are introduced.Then four kinds of nozzle structures are designed for the research of the steam jet nozzle,and the FLUENT software is used to simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow of the four different structure nozzles,and the velocity and temperature images of four different structural nozzles,temperature and solid cloud are obtained.The influence of deicing efficiency is analyzed by comparing the simulation results,and finally the streamlined nozzle structure is determined to have high de icing efficiency.Considering that the deicing range of the single nozzle is limited and the orthogonal experimental analysis method is adopted,the three factors and three level orthogonal experimental design are carried out on three factors of the operation height,the type of nozzle arrangement and the nozzle diameter,and nine contrast schemes are formulated.The more reasonable nozzle arrangement is finally obtained by combining the numerical simulation and the difference analysis.Method? Three factors are identified,which affect the deicing efficiency from high to low: height of operation,layout type and diameter of nozzle.
