With the rapid development of economy and technology,high speed railway technology has been developing rapidly now.High-speed railways have become the country’s energetically developed mode of transportation by its characteristics of rapidity,stability,and high security.In today’s world,the energy supply mode used by high-speed railways is mainly electric power,which supplied mianly by catenary.The performance of the catenary directly determines whether the locomotive can operate normally.Therefore,it is particularly important for the detection and monitoring of catenaries.Compared with ordinary railways,high-speed railways have more stringent requirements from the design parameters of the catenary to overall performance and operation and maintenance.Scientific and efficient detection and monitoring of catenary networks is the core of its operation and maintenance to achieve accurate and efficient overhaul..This paper,based on the integration of monitoring data and operational status of various catenary and the national standards for catenaries,develops and designs a data processing system that can complete the storage,analysis,calculation of catenary detection data,and alert its over-limit parameters.It mainly calculates and draws the image of the parameters such as the contact line lead height,pull-out value and wear ratio,and more intuitively observes the trend of each parameter between different bars,makes a reasonable prediction of possible problems,and alarms the data whose parameters exceed the specified limits,and the alarm information supports one-button export function.This system will realize the integration of data,complete the calculation of parameters,provide guidance and suggestions for the manual overhaul of the catenary,and have important significance for improving the operation and maintenance efficiency of the catenary network and reducing its labor cost.
