In practical engineering practice,vector attitude determination is a very important subject.There are two kinds of algorithms for calculating the attitude of aircraft based on the observation vector.One is the deterministic algorithm,which is relatively simple and direct,but depends on the accuracy of the observed vector.There is still much room for improvement and another kind of state estimation algorithm is further developed in response to various complex practical problems.The TRIAD algorithm consists of two categories: one is the traditional algorithm,the algorithm itself is flawed,the second vector information of defect information in the calculation process,which affect the accuracy of the final determination;the other is the optimal based on the improved algorithm based on the characteristics of TRIAD.The improved starting point is: 1,to improve the accuracy of the first vector so as to improve the accuracy of vector attitude determination;2,the introduction of a number of vector vector to improve the accuracy of attitude determination;3,not too much into the vector,try to keep the accuracy and simplify the algorithm.The concrete measure to improve the algorithm is to introduce three vectors and take the new vectors obtained from the first two vector weighting processes as datum vectors,and then combine them with the third vector and then apply the TRIAD algorithm to vector attitude determination.Thus,the problem of three vectors attitude determination is transformed into two vectors.For this reason,a large number of data are introduced for simulation comparison and analysis.The final conclusion reflect that the algorithm has clear advantages,but the accuracy of the algorithm is almost the same as that of the optimal algorithm.However,the complexity of the solution is obviouslyreduced.
