During torpedo operation and storage period,the power fuel tank of the torpedo is not clean due to its entry into the sea water,and its corrosion resistance in the marine environment is significantly reduced.It is prone to pitting,intergranular corrosion,stress corrosion and electrochemical corrosion.In recent years,when the torpedo is being repaired,fuel leakage in the power fuel tank is due to the lack of anti-corrosion treatment inside the shell and its complicated structure,can’t be cleaned thoroughly during maintenance.Part of the pickling is attached to the inner wall of the shell.Because of the thin inner wall,the pickling gradually corrodes the inner wall of the shell,resulting in perforation of the shell and leakage of fuel,resulting in the decrease of the fighting effectiveness of torpedo,and the consequences are very serious.In this paper,through the depth of the torpedo fuel tank corrosion control and protection technology to improve the anti-corrosion ability of the shell.Torpedo power fuel tank by the main cabin,wick cabins,line guide cabin,cable duct,anti-roll cover,fuel pipe and relief valve and other components,it is made of 5A06 aluminum alloy welding materials.First of all,the corrosion mechanism of the shell is deeply studied and analyzed,the true principle of the corrosion is confirmed,the principle and method of corrosion protection are put forward,Aiming at the complex structure of the shell,the sea water is not clean after sea trial,and the structural parts are optimized to make the seawater discharge more thoroughly after sea trial.In order to meet the requirement of drawing 3D model of the shell structure of fuel tank by using UG software,and the fuel tank shell structure of the outer cylinder,the front cabin and cabin surface coil coil pipe inside the back line of defense was analyzed in statics by using ANSYS software.Then according to the special properties of the shell material and structure of the propulsion fuel tank,relevant experiments such as micro-arc oxidation and salt spray on the surface of the shell were carried out to verify the corrosion resistance of the shell after the oxidation treatment,at the same time in the welding process to select the right wire material,the reasonable process parameters(current,voltage,etc.)to implement welding,and improve the welding seam and its corrosion resistance to sea water,so as to improve the corrosion resistance of power chamber shell cavity.According to the research on the corrosion mechanism and special structure of the fuel tank,the design of local structure and the research of corrosion protection technology can meet the design requirements of the fuel tank.
