| With the rapid development of port construction,the development of floating breakwaters is attracted more and more attention due to the fact that traditional gravity breakwaters are difficult to adapt to the economic pressure brought by the increase of water depth.However,the development of floating breakwater is restricted by safety problems and its own durability in complex sea conditions.Therefore,it is very important to find a reasonable floating breakwater structure.And it is important to ensure that the wave dissipation effect is good,and the structure is safety and reliable.Based on the above reasons,the new composite pontoon-plate floating breakwater is designed,and physical model test is carried out.The feasibility of numerical simulation method is verified by this experiment.Finally,we use numerical simulation method to research the effect of the length of plate,spacing between pontoon and plate,underwater penetration of floating pontoon,plate number and wave cycle on the response characteristics,both sides of the mooring force characteristics and wave dissipation performance of breakwater,and the measures to optimize the comprehensive performance of the floating body are obtained.The results of the study show that:(1)The comprehensive performance of floating body can be improved by increasing the width of floating body properly(2)Two measures are compared(increase the number of plates and the length of plate),the former is better in response to short periodic waves,and the latter is more suitable for long periodic waves.Both of them have greater influence on the mooring force of the side of the waves,and the breakwater without plate structure is the smallest,and the single plate structure is the second.The two plates structure is the largest,and the longer plate is,the smaller the mooring force is.(3)Two measures are compared(spacing between pontoon and plate and underwater penetration of floating pontoon),the former makes the mooring force smaller,and the latter makes the motion response smaller.(4)It is beneficial to reduce the transmission coefficient of the floating body by increasing the plate length and number in long period wave,and it is beneficial to reduce the transmission coefficient by increasing the space between pontoon and plate and underwater penetration of floating pontoon in short period wave. |
