With the development of the national fishing ban system and the development of deep-sea fisheries and the updating of fishing and fishing technologies,the fishing capacity of fishing vessels is increasing.The ammonia evaporating direct refrigeration system has been widely used in refrigeration systems engineering,such as refrigeration transportation,fishing processing ships and ocean fishing vessels.However,the ammonia refrigerant is highly toxic,and the mixture of ammonia and water will produce corrosiveness to the weld.Once the ammonia leakage will cause great loss of life and property.In recent years,there are many accidents in the leakage of liquid ammonia in fishing vessels,but there are almost no specific monitoring equipment for the gas leakage of the ammonia refrigerating equipment of the fishing vessels in China.Compared with the land monitoring and alarm system,the land equipment is less intelligent and lacks the man-machine operation system and the application interface.There is no data storage,view and alarm query function.Communicatio nand safety protection can not be applied to fishing vessels,and the applicability is poor.It is urgent to develop a set of ammonia leakage alarm device for fishing vessels.However,once the gas detector is installed,it is not easy to change its position.Therefore,the installation position of the ammonia leak alarm should be considered before the installation of the fishing vessel.First,the FLUENT software is used to simulate the leakage of ammonia gas in the fishing vessel.The leakage path of ammonia at different angle of incident,different position and different leakage concentration is analyzed and studied,thus the installation position of ammonia alarm is determined.When ammonia leaks,the ammonia and gas concentration in the cabin can be monitored timely and accurately so as to avoid the loss of life and property caused by ammonia leakage.Secondly,the ammonia gas leakage alarm device for fishing vessels is designed and developed.The equipment is integrated with advanced technologies such as electrical automation control system,computer data acquisition and processing system,network transmission system,man-machine interface system,electrochemical sensing and so on.It follows the advantages and disadvantages of domestic ammonia direct refrigeration.The system can monitor the leakage of ammonia in real time.Once the ammonia leakage accident occurs,unmanned time keeping automatic warning,whole area alarm,automatic disposal of fire protection and other system security functions are realized.
