Study On Hydro-Hybrid Engine Hybrid Refit

With the emergence of two major issues of energy and environment,and the introduction of more stringent regulations on ship emissions,it is becoming a trend for marine-powered hybrid diesel engines to be refitted.In this paper,the GN8320ZC2Y/3Y diesel engine host diesel engine is refitted for hybrid power.Through the research on key technologies during the retrofitting,the technical scheme for the conversion of the fishing vessel is determined.The key technologies studied in this paper are: research on natural gas supply systems;research on LNG fuel storage technologies;research on control systems for dual-fuel engines;research on treatment technologies for BOG(Boil Off Gas)gases;and LNG(liquefied natural gas)fuels The study of filling technology and the simulation of the effect of combustion chamber shape on engine performance under different natural gas substitution rates.The use of key technologies to formulate modification plans to complete the oil and gas hybrid power conversion of fishing boat engines.The modification of the LNG-diesel dual-fuel engine with pre-mixed electronically controlled multi-sequence injection in the 7.3-meter fisherboat was adopted in the retrofitting of the 7.3-meter fisher vessel,and the conversion technology program was completed using the key technologies studied in this paper.In the modification of the LNG-diesel dual-fuel engine,the basic structure of the original machine is retained,and a set of LNG gas supply system,gas control system,and LNG fuel storage system are added to achieve the oil and gas hybrid power conversion of the fishing vessel engine.After being modified,the fishing vessel has reached the environmental protection requirements for pollutant discharge and the engine's dynamic performance meets the experimental requirements.The economy of the conversion of the fishing vessel meets the requirements for modification,and it is helpful for the modification and promotion of the dual-fuel engine on the fishing vessel.
