Conventional engines are divided into two major categories: gasoline engines an d diesel engines.In marine engines,diesel engines are the main use.Diesel engine has the characteristics of large output power,high work efficiency and high working efficiency under high temperature and high pressure.In this paper,the structural stre ngth analysis and fatigue analysis of high pressure oil pump are carried out on the basis of the finite element software.The main works of this paper are listed as below:Firstly,According to the CAD model provided by the manufacturer,establish the finite element model of the high pressure oil pump with Hypermesh,and set the conditions and parameters.Then,the high pressure oil pump model is imported into ABAQUS for static analysis.According to the setting conditions and parameters,the stress and deformation of the high-pressure oil pump and parts are calculated.At last,do the fatigue analysis of the high pressure oil pump.The fatigue life of the high-pressure oil pump is analyzed by using FE-SAFE,and the fatigue life of the high-pressure oil pump and its parts are calculated.Finally,according to the results of calculation,the reasons are analyzed and conclusions are drawn.This paper considers not only the high pressure oil pump oil pressure at work influence on the oil pump,but also analyzes the contact stress of the cam roller and other components are using simulation software,as well as the contact parts of the modeling and analysis.After the analysis is completed,the results are compared and evaluated.
