Water resources evaluation is the basis for the sustainable development,utilization and management of water resources.It is also the premise of engineering planning,design and operation management related to water resources.Therefore,carrying out water resources evaluation is of great theoretical and practical significance.In recent years,due to the influence of human activities,the laws of regional water circulation and the conditions of production and confluence have changed deeply.The original evaluation methods have not adapted to the current conditions,and the evaluation of water resources is facing great difficulties.In addition,the existing model of water resources evaluation is usually space-time aggregate,ignoring the natural spatial and temporal variations of different water conditions and hydrological parameters in different areas,and the spatiotemporal characteristics tend to be homogenized,which can only represent the average concept of a partition,which is not conducive to guiding the exploitation and utilization of water resources.In modern environment,in order to adapt the hydrological cycle to the influence of human activities and simplify the workload of water resources evaluation,this paper takes the Qinshui River Basin in Yantai as the research area,uses the vertical mixed flow model to simulate the rainfall runoff,considers the water resources development and utilization,and combines the water resources calculation method to esTablelish the water resources evaluation model.In order to solve the problem of time lumping in water resources assessment,a distributed simulation method for simulating time in flood season and non-flood season is proposed.Comparing the calculation results with the measured water resources,but also to simulate different rainfall years and compare the results.In this paper,two sets of parameters for different rainfall levels are determined during the flood season and the non-flood season.Using Parameters to Evaluate Surface Water Resources in the Qinshui River Basin.Through the model simulation,the calculated flow rate and the measured error are within a certain range,and the qualified rate is 83.9%.It shows that the flow model selected in this paper has certain adapTableility in Qinshui River Basin and meets the requirement of precision.In addition,the average water resources of the Qinshui River Basin in Qinshui River Basin are 41 million 894 thousand M3 for many years.At the same time,the amount of water resources under different rainfall frequency is calculated in order to evaluate the water resources in the future,which is in line with the actual situation of the Qinshui River Basin.In this paper,the runoff model is used to evaluate the surface water resources.The selected model is adapted to the Qinshui River Basin in Yantai.Using the distributed simulation method of flood season and non-flood season,the simulation precision of annual runoff is more accurate.A water resource evaluation model adapted to the Qinshui river basin is esTablelished,and the original water resource evaluation is simplified.Considering the impact of water resources development and utilization on hydrological cycle,it is conducive to the development,utilization and management of water resources in different periods.
