Zhengzhou region in this paper,in order to improve the hot dry rock the hot water output shaft and the power generation efficiency as the goal,to the existing power generation model at low temperature can be used for horizontal comparison,it is concluded that a relatively efficient and suitable for power generation model of zhengzhou area,full flow-ORC organic Rankine's joint power cycle model.In this paper,the thermal process characteristics and the secondary thermal cycling system of the combined model are studied respectively,namely the thermal efficiency and power generation efficiency of ORC organic lanken circulatory system.In a full-current generation system,the working process of the screw expander is usually considered as an adiabatic process.In this paper,the internal energy conversion efficiency of the expansion machine is studied.The core of the expansion machine is to study the pressure drop of the two phase flow and the loss of the expansion machine in the screw expansion machine.Due to the power systems in this paper,we study the whole flow inside the screw expansion pattern of working medium for gas liquid two phase flow medium,so to study the thermal characteristic of the screw expander,the first thing to understand the thermodynamic properties of two-phase flow.Based on the pressure drop of two phase flow in the flow passage,get two phase flow medium in screw expander in the work process of the pressure drop,including pressure drop of the momentum loss and frictional pressure drop loss.In view of the complex dynamics of two phase flow medium flow process,in this paper,starting from the whole working process of screw expander,assume a relatively ideal work environment and ignore the rotor expander and volume change the specificelements between in expander with two phase flow in the whole process as the research object,the dryness,the changes of temperature and pressure.Based on the pressure drop of two-phase flow,the thermal losses of the screw expander are analyzed and the relative internal efficiency of the screw expander is calculated.In ORC organic Rankine's cycle power generation systems,due to the heat source system quality is poorer,with the traditional energy analysis method couldn't reflect the real ORC cycle thermal efficiency,this paper introduced Exengy analysis means for the ORC system can calculate,analyze the ORC system components Exengy losses.For hot dry rock second thermodynamic cycle,the characteristics of the comparison of different organic working medium heat exchange efficiency,eventually get R123 working medium is relatively suitable for as the working medium of the combined cycle ORC system,when the heat source temperature is 80 ?,the thermal efficiency can reach 9.3%.Finally,this paper applied in zhengzhou round Fang Gan hot rock company get hot well water data,in this paper have given the full flow-ORC calculation and analysis of power generation in the model,the optimum capacity of constant heat source temperature and power generation efficiency.The power generation efficiency of the joint model is analyzed when the thermal quality of hot rock underground is fluctuated.
