With the continuous development of modern society,more and more kinds of vehicles are accommodated in the city,which exposes a series of problems:exhaust pollution,low vehicle utilization rate,road congestion,parking difficultly and so on.Therefore,for the future car,it will inevitably tend to be more small,light,intelligent and green.Therefore,on the basis of satisfying the existing vehicle functions,the subject of two-wheeled vehicles could improve the utilization rate of roads and vehicles greatly,also with the flexibility and maneuverability of vehicles.And the problems mentioned above can be effectively solved by greatly reducing the body size.It has important practical value and significance.The double control moment gyroscopes built-in is the key part of the two wheeled vehicle.Compared with other torque output systems such as flywheels,CMG gyroscope has many advantages which include fast response,low power consumption,compact structure and so on.And it has been widely used in aviation and navigation or in energy field,and it has broad prospects.Firstly,the paper takes the applied control moment gyroscope as the research object,summarizes the research progress and application scope of the CMG at home and abroad,and introduces its basic structure and working principle.The overall scheme and the structure of the gyroscope is designedaccording to the target index,and the mechanical model of the CMG is established.Secondly,the paper analyzes and optimizes the dynamic performance and static strength of the high speed rotor module built-in the moment gyroscopebased on Workbench.The paper calculates the first 6 natural frequencies and modes of the high speed rotor,and the corresponding iterative optimization of the weak parts of the structure is carried out according to the obtained critical speed data.Considering the influence of various random factors in different road conditions on the balance system of the whole machine,the harmonic response analysis of the whole machine system is carried out to verify the ultimate reliability and stability of the structure.Finally,the statics analysis and thermal analysis of the key parts of the high-speed rotor are carried outunder the actual working conditions,which verify the stability and feasibility of the structural scheme.
