With the development of distributed generation technology,clean and renewable energy are fully utilized.The use of distributed power and load together in the form of microgrid can improve the utilization of renewable energy.Load changes or weather conditions are likely to have a significant impact on the power balance of the microgrid.In the process of microgrid operation,the optimization goal is no longer unique.As far as possible to reduce the economic cost of the system operation,how to reduce the impact of microgrid operation on the environment and make the power supply of microgrid more reliable is the key point of multi-objective optimization operation of microgrid.In this paper,using the Pareto archive multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm(PAMOPSO)to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of pv-diesel-battery microgrid,the main research contents are as follows:1.The mathematical model of multi-objective optimization operation of pv-diesel-battery microgrid is established.The mathematical models of photovoltaic,diesel generator and lithium battery group are established,and a variety of constraints are given.A multi-objective optimization operation mathematical model of microgrid is established based on objective function of minimum cost,minimum environmental cost and minimum load loss probability.2.Aiming at the multi-objective optimal operation mathematical model of pv-diesel-battery microgrid,using PAMOPSO to solve the multi-objective problem established.The characteristic of PAMOPSO is to combine the maintenance of the external archive and the selection of the best position of the global,so that the non inferior solution can be distributed in the target space as much as possible.3.Simulation analysis.Selecting the weather with different light intensity and different running state as the optimization scene,double objective optimization and three objects optimization are carried out respectively.The output of each distributed power and power grid in one day can be obtained under the optimal solution.By comparison,the operation cost of microgrid under three objective optimization is lower than that of the operation cost of microgrid under double objective optimization.As far as possible,the microgrid is in the state of grid connected,the proposed model and optimization algorithm are reasonable and effective.
