The internal cooling of turbine blade is an important method to improve the temperature of gas turbine,and the improvement of the initial temperature of gas turbine plays an important role in improving the efficiency of gas turbine.Pin fin cooling is an important method of turbine blade internal cooling which is widely used for the trailing edge of the blade.It is important to learn the flow and heat transfer and pressure loss of the pin fin channel to study the turbine temperature and flow distribution of the turbine channel.In this paper,a turbine trailing edge rib column is used,and the experimental and numerical simulation method are used to study the pin fin channel flow and heat transfer mechanism and pressure loss characteristics.The influence of pin fin shape and pitch of pin fins are analyzed,and the distribution of high temperature blade are analyzed.A heat transfer test rig is build,and transient liquid crystal technique is used to test heat transfer of different pin fin shape.The heat transfer capability of the cylinder and square cylinder is analyzed,and the experimental results and numerical simulation results are analyzed.Transient liquid crystal experiment is a good way to analyze heat transfer.The heat transfer increase with the increase of the Reynolds number.All square pin fin has the maximum pressure loss,followed by square and cylinder pin fins,while all cylinder pin fin has the smallest.Using the same size of pin fin channel,establish the same model,using numerical simulation method,analyze the pin fin channel heat transfer of different pin fins spacing.The increasing of spanwise and streamwise cause heat transfer enhanced,and heat transfer show the extent to spanwise.Spanwise and streamwise increasing lead a stronger pressure loss,which is more sensitive to spanweise.By tilting the channel and making it the blade channel,and the high temperature thermal state coupling calculation is used to make the heat transfer out as temperature.The internal wall temperature is similar to heat transfer,which is horseshoe vortex.heat transfer and temperature are relatively,where heat transfer high with a low temperature.
