| Silty soil layers exists in many coastal areas or along the rivers in china,due to the high compressibility and low compressive strength,silty soil is very easy to cause the settlement of foundation or other engineering accidents in the construction process.Therefore,the silty soil layers must be improved in the process of construction.The elevated temperature sintering process of silty soil is invested to improve the compressive strength.The specific high temperature sintering method is to heat the silt through heating tube inserted into the silt directly.Based on the experiment data of ourprevious single pipe heating source high temperature sintering sludge and theoretical basis,in this thesis,the research will extend from a single source to multi heat source by the use of finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate the situation of multi heat source and to analyse the application value.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Finite element simulation was carried out to analyze the basic physical and thermal parameters such as seepage,density and thermal conductivity of silty soil,and studied the influence of various parameters on sintering heat transfer.(2)Tidy up the time,temperature and compressive strength data of the silty silt after single pipe heat source sintering test that was carried out by the previous research group,obtain the corresponding relationship between sintering temperature and compressive strength of the silty soil.(3)The application of the high temperature sintering of silt to reinforce the strip foundation.The heating pipes were divided into single row arrangement and double row arrangement according to the width of strip reinforcement area.and then studied the influence of the spacing and arrangement of heating pipes on heat transfer efficiency,and analyzed the energy consumption of different construction plans.Through the analytical result of the temperature field with different heating source temperature,the suitable sintering temperature and heat pipes arrangement for construction application was botained.(4)The application of high temperature sintering of silt to reinforce the square foundation.Heating pipes were arranged by multi row and multi column.In meeting the requirements of the bearing capacity of the project,Selected different method of heating pipes’ spacing and different arrangement,The influence of heat source spacing and arrangement mode on heat transfer under various circumstances was studied.The energy consumption of unit volume was calculated according to the heating pipe spacing and heat source temperature.and then chose the most suitable construction plan to minimize the energy consumption in order to save work cost on the basis of meeting the requirements of compressive strength. |
