Three-dimensional modeling of hull structure is a very important research direction in ship hull design.With the development of computer-aided 3D modeling software,the realization of hull structure design in a fast and intelligent manneris of great and realistic significance,which can improve the efficiency of ship design,accelerate the progress of shipbuilding and enhance the overall competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry.The traditional modeling method of hull structure 3D modeling is to build a small part of hull segmentation with the help of some professional 3D modeling software.The workload is very large,which not only requires a lot of manpower and material resources,Inefficient work,but also need the designer Proficient in software.This paper uses two development technology,using Solidwoks 3D design software as a platform for graphic expression,adopting the Microsoft file stored in the design process,using Visual Basic programming language To programming,studying some problems of 3D modeling of hull structure.A three-dimensional modeling software system of hull structure was developed to realize the rapid design of hull structure and the generation of three-dimensional model and engineering drawings of hull structure of target ship.This paper mainly introduces the rapid design of hull sections of bottom section,side section,deck section,bulkhead section and superstructure section,and realizes the rapid construction of the three-dimensional structure model of these sections,including:creating the three-dimensional plane plate model and the surface plate 3D model,creating the 3D model ofplane and the 3D model of surface,creating the 3D models of various types of stiffeners and brackets,creating the 3D models of hole on various pla-tes.In this paper,we also carryout information integration processing research,establ-ish the hull structure database,model library,subdivide the hull structure numbering,a-nd nomenclature the hull plate material,based on which we can quickly generate the m-aterial order form and the hull structure engineering drawing.This paper introduces a method of 3D modeling automation of hull structure based on secondary development,which aims to study the method of building ship structure model quickly,and Provide a set of software that is in line with the design specification,simple in use and complete in function for hull structure design It also provides a new idea for the study of other three-dimensional models in ship design.
