The pneumatic transmission system with its unique advantages has been widely used in various fields of automation production.Especially in recent years,pneumatic components are increasingly integrated with electrical appliances and electronic devices,making pneumatic transmission technology play an increasingly important role in the field of mechatronics.The introduction of new components and new technologies put forward higher requirements for pneumatic transmission system,and put forward a new topic for pneumatic researchers.How to design the pneumatic transmission system quickly and accurately and write the ladder program automatically is the core of this paper ·Based on the analysis of the design method of the traditional pneumatic control circuit and the combination of the widely used PLC control technology at present,a sequence programming method of pneumatic transmission circuit based on PLC shift instruction SFT is proposed.The application of this method can greatly shorten the design cycle and improve the programming reliability.A set of automatic programming program for sequence control of pneumatic transmission system is developed.The PLC ladder diagram programming language is introduced into the design of the pneumatic control system.According to the given cylinder action sequence diagram,the control beat is demonstrated by animation,and the ladder diagram program is automatically given,and the interface with OMRON PLC is made through CXT format file.With the sequence control of lifting and turning machine model which is composed of four pneumatic actuators as an example,the automatic programming experiment is carried out by using the design method proposed in this paper and the developed software.The experiment shows that the design method is reasonable,the interface of the developed software is friendly and easy to use,program is stable and reliable,and expandability is good.
