With the prosperity and development of the country,the city's high-rise buildings are all over the place,and the fire safety problems are more and more severity.In light of the blank of the tall building automatic fire extinguishing,this article proposes and designs a platform of 3-RPS parallel mechanism fire extinguishing spray gun prototype.The tradition by firefighters held up with fire hoses in the top of the boom is replaced by the automatic fire extinguishing.By fire folding boom taking the gun into the floor,then with the help of 3 RPS parallel mechanism platform's movement characteristics,driven by the relative motion of the three branched chains,the machine finishes automatic fire fighting work,in order to complete the machine replacing people,and as much as possible to protect a fireman's life.Firstly,the kinematics characteristics of the 3-RPS parallel mechanism platform are analyzed.Through to the branched chain and the analysis of dynamic and static parameters such as radius of platform variables,based on the traditional fire parameters such as the jet angle of water gun,we establish the mathematical model for the variables of the fire-fighting gun.Secondly,using MATLAB to each dimension data model for the calculation of fire and simulation,obtaining the best size of required is finished.The equivalent three-dimensional model of the designed extinguishing gun is established in the dynamic simulation software ADAMS.The model is simulated dynamically and the accuracy of the previous calculation is verified.Then,we design the spray gun prototype relative works of the branched chain elongation and carry on the simulation.The jet angle,projection angle and operating angle variable data curve is acquired,based on the data graph to build the theory of fire extinguishing spray gun spray range.Finally,on the basis of the existing environment and optional standard parts processing,we process out the fire gun prototype.Through the MCU to design the entire fire gun control system,we use the cylinder and the pump to complete the spray gun spray range experiment.The conclusion shows that the spray range of the fire-extinguishing gun gives a greater gain and its spray range is 15.54m2.The range of traditional fire spray guns mimicked by the experiment increases by 10 times.The development of automatic fire extinguishing gun can effectively guarantee the safety of fireman and has great social benefit.
