The production scheduling of offshore engineering block workshop is the key point of offshore engineering project management.Since offshore engineering is sensitive to deadlines and the tardiness penalty proportion is high,whether the production can be finished directly relates to the profits of marine enterprises.With the characteristics of uncertainty and involving multiple departments,production scheduling problems are generally solved by holding production scheduling meetings in many domestic marine enterprises.Multi-agent system,as one of distributed artificial intelligence systems,applies well to this kind of problem.Thus,one multi-agent system is designed in this paper to solve production scheduling problems.The paper divides the solution to the offshore engineering production scheduling problem into three phases.problem analysis,scheme solving and scheme evaluation,and a series of multi-agent solution models are proposed according to different production scheduling problems.Based on the research on the solution principles of multi-agent systems,the implementation of multi-agent system scheme solving is clarified,that is,to rely on the interaction among agents on the one hand,and the reasoning and decision-making on the other hand.For the interaction among agents,the paper proposes a communication mechanism and a negotiation mechanism for the offshore engineering production scheduling multi-agent system.For the reasoning and decision-making capacities,a learning model of offshore engineering production scheduling is proposed based on hierarchical reinforcement learning,as well as a learning mechanism of multi-agent system,which validity is tested by examples.In response to the negotiation conflict issues among agents and the scheme optimization,a conflict resolution mechanism for the multi-agent system and a scheme evaluation mechanism are designed,which improves system reliability.Lastly,based on the research above,an offshore engineering block workshop production scheduling prototype system is developed in this paper using B/S architecture,java and Oracle database,which verifies the feasibility and validity of solving offshore engineering production scheduling problems by multi-agent systems.
