Design And Implementation Of Aircraft Icing Ground Simulation Test Platform

Aircraft icing ground simulation test platform is the icing test platform design to simulate the phenomenon of natural environment,is to freeze the special meteorological conditions on the impact of aircraft ground test of wind tunnel control platform,the platform is originally designed with our Universiade project ARJ21-700 aircraft engine nacelle anti icing system deicing test "the trial evidence requirements for the construction of the test platform,prior to this,there is no such test platform.This paper introduces the composition of aircraft icing ground simulation test platform control system,through the exploration of each subsystem coupling control test law,draw a reasonable ice control process,and completed the engine icing test.First,the test platform defines the test requirements.As the wind tunnel control system platform based on mobile type steel structure based on the wind tunnel as the main body,the spirit of design is stable and reliable and the optimal control principle,control system adopts the design idea of industrial Ethernet control architecture and environment wind tunnel test control special ways of combining the main control computer through Ethernet to send control instructions of the subsystem,through the preparation,implementation,call pilot program and the analysis on the adjusted feedback signal to achieve reasonable control of power system,turntable lifting mechanism,spray system,rainfall subsystem,and the system integration and linkage control,to achieve the design goal of the multi coupling control system.On the basis of completing the function construction of each subsystem,the platform has carried on the verification experiment,according to the different test flow,has simulated the multi state atmospheric icing phenomenon.The platform using the external natural low temperature weather conditions,simplify the refrigeration and other non essential equipment,test process and by adjusting the control parameters,ice extent,ice particle size and water content to adjust the test area in a certain range of data in order to achieve the overall regional water mist particle size adjustment of supercooled water droplet condensation control the purpose of the icing ground simulation control.After the test platform in the airport completed Hafei anti icing system of de icingtest on the CCAR25.1093 of ARJ21-700 engine nacelle(b)airworthiness certification requirements of the test platform,reasonable design,stable operation,reliable data,good results.Finally,the test platform for different environment and icing tests a lot,worked out a set of relatively reliable icing control process,control of anti icing deicing test can also satisfy the special test of spray and rainfall related except for single function.The first step of icing wind tunnel simulation test technology has been made in our country when the icing control technology is not mature.
