Accuracy control has been a major problem in the shipbuilding of the domestic shipyard,and there are huge spacing among china,Japan and South Korea.Mature precision control technology and system can greatly improve the efficiency of site work,effectively prevent the accuracy problems caused by rework and repair.But the traditional precision control system is based on foreign shipyards for decades of technology,process accumulation,want to build a set of complete precision control system in a short time is very difficult,many domestic shipyards made a lot of effort,trying to Through the introduction of talent and system learning management model of foreign mature experience to copy,but unfortunately the effect is not very satisfactory.Until the emergence of simulation software based on total station measurement technology,as well as the subsequent development of digital docking technology,so that the overall operation can be "first simulation,re-assembly",greatly reducing the precision control of the technical threshold and construction difficulty,So that domestic shipyards have the opportunity to Japan and South Korea advanced shipbuilding enterprises standing on the same starting line.This paper focuses on the construction of the propeller front energy saving shroud using the traditional wire hammer line,the positioning accuracy is difficult to meet the design requirements of the problem,choose to use simulation technology to carry out accurate installation technology research.First of all,the profile of the shroud and the requirements of the construction of the difficulties arising from a reasonable analysis.And then through the accuracy of the scope of the decomposition of the way from the cutting,processing,set up the formation of various stages of reasonable precision benchmarks and compensation on the shroud set all-round control,and the use of digital docking technology,the traditional Way and simulate the way to install the shroud to the actual measurement and comparison.Finally,through the study of the establishment of digital docking system of the construction method,a comprehensive description of the digital dock technology,the formation and construction methods,as well as including segments,the total segment,dock and other forms of data acquisition methods,but also on the traditional way and the use of simulation The accuracy of the muffler mounted in the way is verified and compared with the accuracy of the simulation,and the installation of the shroud is ensured to meet the design requirements.To improve the ship speed,save the ship fuel has a positive meaning.
