With the development of Aerospace science and technology and the change of the international situation,the requirements of major military equipments are also changed a lot compared with the past.For example,in order to be able to accomplish long distance mission,the battleplane need more cruise time and mileage.The short of fuel can be solved by aerial tanker,the pilots'oxygen supply is also changed from the heavy oxygen tanks to renewable molecular sieve oxygen system.However,this system is not mature,the relevant accident directly led to the Pentagon grounded all F22flying mission in American,2011.The development of China's new fighter also encountered similar challenges.There are indications that the oil leak is the main cause of this type of aircraft accident,but there is still a lack of empirical research on the components and methods of the gaseous pollutants of aircraft lubricating oil in China,therefore the explore in relevant areas should be studied as soon as possible.This paper focuses on the 4109 aviation lubricating oil of the Great Wall,which is very representative in China,mainly to explore the composition of the oil material(gas and liquid),the occurrence and detection methods,removal means,etc.The key point is how to detect.Compared several commonly used offline and online detection methods,and try to put forward a new type of fast measurement method.Three experimental platforms are built in order to finish the reaserch,chose filter membrane sampling,photo ionization detector,light scattering particle count,gas chromatography mass spectrometry,to carry out experimental research.The experimental results show that compare with bubble and nozzle jet,etc.the more effective method is to heat to 250?~260?thermal evaporation.In the above analysis and detection methods,the filter membrane method is not suitable for low concentration in the concentration of 1mg/m~3 or lower.GC-MS can only be used as a semi quantitative analysis method.The more credible is the principle of PID mode based on ppbRAE among online measuring instruments.The fitting of particle concentration data can significantly improve the fitting results.The filter efficiency of ordinary filter for lubricating oil is only less than 50%,meanwhile the efficiency for VOC pollutant is between 10%~25%.
