The scientific management and effective utilization of TBM data produced during the TBM tunnelling,as well as mutual feedback analysis of rock information and TBM data,are necessary prerequisites for realizing real-time control of TBM excavation and ensuring TBM tunnel safely and efficiently.Based on the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of TBM tunnelling data,the methods of scientific management and mutual feedback analysis of rock information and TBM data are researched,and a system of TBM tunnelling data management and analysis is built to provide technical support to "Intelligent control and support software for TBM tunnelling information" in the next research.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The characteristics of the TBM tunnelling data and management needs are analyzed,based on the result,the advantages and disadvantages of relational and non-relational databases for data management are discussed.As a result,a TBM data management scheme based on hybrid database including MongoDB and MySQL is proposed and analyzed.(2)After the characteristics' analysis of TBM tunnelling data,they are cleaned deeply.The traditional multivariate statistical analysis methods are used to analysis the TBM tunnelling parameters for different classes of rocks,the correlation between parameters,and the multivariate linear regression,as a result,a corresponding regression equation is established.In order to compensate for the weaknesses of the result,further analysis of rock information and TBM data with the artificial neural network methods is tried,including the analysis and prediction of the parameters of the total thrust and cutter torque based on BP neural network and the prediction of rock classification based on SVM.All the results are better.(3)The TBM data management scheme based on MongoDB and MySQL proposed is implemented by using the software engineering including SpringMVC,iBatis,EasyUI and the Java programmming.
