| This paper focuses on the anti plastic lateral behavior of corrugated steel plate shear wall and the design method based on the plate-frame interaction through the finite element method.Firstly,the eigenvalue buckling analysis of sinusoidally and trapezoidally corrugated wall panels were carried out on boundary conditions of four edges simply-supported or four edges clamped and the corrugated wall panel shear buckling formula is proposed.Based on the magnitude of the slenderness ratio as well as geometric buckling and material yielding behavior,sinusoidally corrugated plates can be divided into deep,moderate and shallow plate with respectively early yielding,concurrently buckling and yielding and early buckling characteristics.The geometric selection method of corrugated wall panel was suggested through preventing the local buckling mode and summarizing the geometric influence on the corrugated plate lateral properties.Secondly,nonlinear push-over analyses were conducted on sinusoidally CoSPSWs under gravity or not.It turns out that deep CoSPSWs has larger lateral strength compared to unstiffened SPSWs with the same plate thickness,and its out-of-plane stability,initial stiffness,ductility and energy consuming capacity behaves well;moderate CoSPSWs is more easy to generate out-of-plane displacement,its lateral strength is lower than unstiffened SPSWs with the same plate thickness,and the ductility is relatively small;shallow CoSPSWs elastically buckles at low lateral strength,so the lateral strength is small but it has good ductility;In addition,CoSPSWs with corrugation horizontally arranged and vertically arranged behave similarly,and gravity would affect the lateral behavior and buckling stability of CoSPSWs.Thirdly,the force acted on the frame consists of the frame side effect and the inner panel force action.The simplified model of the frame is given.Based on the the moment of inertia,shear strength and stability,the design method of the frame is proposed.In addition,the mechanical properties of single story,single span and three story,single span corrugated steel plate shear wall under weak,medium and strong frame are analyzed by the finite element method.Finally,the design method based on the plate-frame interaction of corrugated steel plate shear walls are studied.By summing up the corrugated wall plate shear strength calculation method,the design method of frame element and the modified plate and frame design method,the practical design method of CoSPSWs is proposed.A five story CoSPSWs finite element model and a two story CoSPSWs test component is conducted to verify the design method. |
