Rapid development of economy and society in jiangxi province and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,social demand for electricity and dependence is becoming more and more big,more and more is also high to the requirement of security and stability of power supply.Is the backbone of economic construction,power grid construction in recent years,jiangxi power grid 500 kv grids is becoming more and more mature,increasing the scale of 220 kv power grid,the grid voltage level and closer contact,power grid structure is increasingly complex,on the basis of deepening the understanding of power grid operation rule,improve the serious fault of power grids of strain and processing power is imminent.With the development of the power grid,the grid is more and more from their own reason and the influence of external disturbance,power grid accident to happen from time to tome,malignant accident of the power grid for power users and the society as a whole will cause serious influence.Bearing in jiangxi power grid ice disasters in 2008 accident,man-made accident,natural disaster or other force majeure factors causing local grid all black has completely possible,if the external conditions continued to deteriorate or deal with in a timely manner,disposition is unreasonable,even don’t rule out the possibility of total collapse of jiangxi power grid.This paper focuses on the research is based on the investigation of jiangxi power grid black-start power supply,to the jiangxi power grid is divided into two subsystems,build black start by internal and external power supply different paths,through to the startup path since the excitation,overvoltage,such as the security check,choose start path,then in the 220 kv system gradually restore power grid operation and over voltage grade,in the process,to coordinate between each subsystem network power flow calculation and stability analysis,the end of jiangxi power grid black-start scheme.In the event of a major accident or incident lead to local power grid under full stop or stopping all of jiangxi power grid,with a detailed and feasible in advance in accordance with the power grid start-up methods and the corresponding security measures and recovery measures,system recovery and technical requirements that should be followed in the process of specification,can greatly reduce system outage time,improve the efficiency of dispatching institutions command and station operation efficiency of the personnel on duty,unified and orderly to restore ZhuWangJia jiangxi power grid operation and the normal power supply to important users,make due contribution to economic development of jiangxi province.
