| The aircraft wing providing vast majority of lift for the entire airplane flight,to meet flight performance,aerodynamic wing is asked to own performance requirements.After the wing icing,its aerodynamic performance will change.In this paper,aerodynamic of icing wing is analyzed by the numerical simulation.Firstly,Messinger model was appropriately simplified to obtain the basic formula fast simulation.Then,in the case of the two-dimensional,taking NACA0012 airfoil for example,the flow field of super-cooled with water droplets is calculated by the numerical calculation,obtained a partial airfoil collection rate of drops.According to the collection rate of drops on the basis of water droplets and ice shaped growth model,two-dimensional airfoil shaped ice can be obtained.In the light of that ice-shaped and amended in accordance with the appropriate scaling model,ice shaped wing icing can be obtained.Secondly,the ice formed in the two-dimensional basis,were carried out on the airfoil angle of attack for 4°and 8°aerodynamics.The results showed that a small angle of attack of the airfoil lift ice will decrease,reducing the quality of the flow field,a slight flow separation.While the larger the angle of attack,icing will airfoil stall,flow separation is obvious,and the divergence angle of attack.Finally,using FLUENT software to calculate when Ma=0.6,respectively,calculated with or without icing wings outflow field.No icing wing its aerodynamic performance calculated in accordance with the actual situation,namely the upper wing surface flow of air from the wing root tip,the lower wing surface flow of air from the wing root tip.Aerodynamic performance of the wing and the middle part of the two-dimensional airfoil situation closer.Ice wing pressure,temperature and flow field distribution as compared to the distribution of free ice time are very different.Airfoil-shaped ice junction mutation of a pressure and temperature,and in terms of the flow field,where it appeared the flow separation. |
