With the electronics technology is developing continuously,the cooling of the electronics product become more and more important.The water-cooling technology is playing an increasingly important role by its good cooling ability.Water-cooling radiator is the effective heat dissipation device to ensure the electrical equipment work properly in an electronic system.The heat exchanging process of water-cooling radiator is always hotspot.Lattice Boltzmann method is a mesoscopic level numerical simulation method which provides a new way to the calculation of heat transfer.The paper conducts the program based on the lattice boltzmann method,and completes the numerical simulation combining with the software simulation to the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the interception of a water-cooling radiator.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the two-dimensional Poiseuille flow and thermal lid-driven flow are simulated with the use of Double Distribution Function model,and the results are compared with current literatures to demonstrate the feasibility of the Double Distribution Function in heat flow simulation.Secondly,the flow characteristics of the water-cooling radiator model and the characterized flow field are studied.Numerical simulation of the two kinds of characterized structures about the flow field characteristics is done,including straight throttling channel and trapezoidal flared throttling channel.Obtaining the velocity vectors,flow lines,velocity curves on different longitudinal cross sections with different Reynolds number,and discussing the effects of changing the flaring throttling channel angle on the flow.To study the flow field characteristics,different cross section ratio are discussed,meanwhile,the import and export are exchanged to study the effects on flow.Finally,the convective heat transfer between the wall and fluid are studied.The heat dissipation characteristics of the model are reflected through the discussion of the temperature field under laminar flow conditions.With discussion about the temperature distribution and temperature curves on different sections and central axises,the impact of changing in Reynolds number and flaring angle on temperature of characterized flow field are researched.To study the effects of structures and exchange of import and export on heat dissipation,the water-cooling radiator with three kinds of cross section ratios are discussed.
