| This paper aims at solving the problem of diesel engine performance optimization,optimized design a full variable cam-less electro-hydraulic valve actuator.The pneumatic actuator system parameter design is based on the production of Dongfeng Chaoyang CY4102 BG diesel engine.This air distribution actuator,that can be put straightly on the air valve to accomplish the variable air distribution,persists the original air valve and spring,subtract camshaft,push rod and swinging arm.This actuator is able to realize continuous changes of calve timing and valve lift as well as realize flexibility adjustment air distribution parameters.Based on AMEsim simulation environment,this study builds a mechanic electric and hydraulic integration model for the fully variable electro-hydraulic valve actuator.From the simulation analysis the valve lift curve of the mechanism in different speed,different conditions,different structures and dimension conical spool,it assists to make decision of the actuator size design,accomplish engineering drawing,and get the final completion of the structure design of the actuator.This paper chooses Free-scale single-chip MC9S12XEP100 as micro controller,adapting modular method which includes information acquisition processing module,driver module,control module and communication module which divides task,Combining system drive control requirements and operation condition,complete control system with the original design.Finally,we build the test bench,give the scheme of the test and debug the high-speed switch electromagnetic valve and the signal conditioning circuit.Depend on the existing test platform of the full variable valve timing system,we accomplish single valve driving control test.Simulation experiments with single drive valve test bench validation test shows that after the optimization design of fully variable valve actuator and controller to work,meeting the demand of 4102 BG diesel engine fully variable valve control. |
