Continuous steel box girder bridge has the advantages of light weight,good integrity and high strength and good weldability.However,the problem of linear irregularity caused by welding connection in construction is becoming more and more serious.The construction quality of continuous steel box girder bridge is necessary to study its construction control.Based on the structural characteristics of multi-span continuous steel box girder bridge,this paper takes the Tinglin Bridge in Kunshan City as the engineering background,based on the finite element simulation analysis to determine the key construction stage,taking the geometric linear control of the bridge as the priority,stress and strain control as auxiliary,The construction control method is carried out by the load test,and the construction control analysis is carried out.The main contents include:1.The necessity of construction control of multi-span continuous steel box girder bridge is analyzed,and the composition and monitoring target of traditional bridge construction control system are introduced.Based on the structural characteristics and construction difficulties of the multi-span continuous-section steel box girder bridge,a key geometric linear priority control method is proposed for the construction of the postassembly of the beam.The main contents of this method includes a content key construction phase and determining section,determining the pre-assembled sensitive parameters girder,half-span steel box girder linear geometry control,stress monitoring and early warning.2.Through the finite element simulation analysis,the key stage of construction control of steel box girder bridge is obtained: pre-assembly stage and dismantling stage.In the pre-assembly phase,the parameter sensitivity analysis is carried out to precisely control the key parameters to obtain the geometrical line to meet the requirements of the steel box beam section;in the erection stage of the precise control structure of the geometry and supplemented by stress control to achieve high-quality bridge construction purposes.3.After the bridge is built by the critical stage geometric linear control method,the overall performance and carrying capacity of the bridge structure are tested for the key section load test loading scheme.The results of load test and finite element analysis show that the geometrical shape of the main bridge structure of Tinglin Bridge conforms to the design requirements,and the structural stress state is consistent with the design state.The key stage geometric linear priority control method of multi-span continuous steel box girder bridge is verified The reliability of the.Through the key stage geometric linear priority control method of multi-span continuous steel box girder bridge,the key problems of construction control of the bridge are solved,which provide engineering experience for the construction control of similar bridge.The construction control of the same type of bridge has certain Learn from meaning.
