Technology is a new type of concrete dam,it will be a big stone directly warehousing,then good special self-compacting concrete filling liquid in the space between the big stone,density of form a complete,and has good strength and durability of concrete.With the rapid development and application of the construction of pile rock concrete,the research on the comprehensive performance of piles and concrete needs to be deepened.In this paper,the effects of three kinds of water related effects on the fluidity,and the properties of the slurry and its mechanical properties are studied,and a series of experiments are carried out.In this paper,we consider the factors that affect the three indicators,gouache volume ratio,admixture types and water consumption in a certain mixture ratio on the basis of the change,by mortar test,mortar extension and detected by V funnel,and forming block intensity,test the strength of the 28 d.The paper mainly analyzes the following four aspects:In the mortar experiment,the change of the ratio of three kinds of water powders is mainly through the change of three influencing factors.Changes in the type of admixture;The water consumption was changed,and the water volume of the water was tested by the amount of + /-5kg/m cubed and/or 10kg/m cubed respectively.By changing these influencing factors,the expansion degree of mortar,the V funnel and the strength test block of 28 d were formed.In the analysis of the test results of mortar test,the data of the test expansion,V funnel and compressive strength were analyzed.The effect of water use change on mortar performance is increased with the increase of water powder ratio.The mortar of admixtures J118 is more liquid and less intense.Within a certain range,increase the ratio of liquid powder can improve the performance of mortar,but a gouache is too large,will make the mortar performance is not stable,segregation phenomenon have appeared,and mortar compressive strength decreases with increasing liquid powder ratio;With the increase of water consumption,the fluidity of mortar is larger and the strength decreases.In the method analysis,sensitivity analysis and BP neural network are used to predict the mortar performance.For sensitivity analysis,mainly on the basis of test data,establishing sensitivity evaluation index S value,and the performance of mortar distribution range interval,analyze the performance change over different sections,sensitivity evaluation indexes is analyzed.The sensitivity of J1110 D to water is more obvious than that of J118.With the increase of ratio gouache,gouache than the water sensitivity is reduced,for the same admixture and gouache than,the change of water a direct impact on the performance of mortar,and gouache ratio increase,lower sensitivity.On compressive strength of mortar,mainly USES the BP neural network to predict the strength of cement mortar,through the predicted results can be seen that the error betweenthe measured and predicted values is small,the average relative error is 4.53%,less than6%,predicted results meet the engineering requirements.In practical engineering applications,in guangxi qingping reservoir filling water engineering,for example,for the construction of a warehouse pouring pile of concrete data acquisition,compare performance analysis compressive strength prediction,prediction calculated the average relative error was 2.34%,and are less than 6%,meet the needs of practical engineering.
