In this paper,people use carbon foam as the carrier base,erythritol and mannitol as phase change materials storage temperature thermal control components conducted a series of performance tests and thermal cycling tests.Study its basic design parameters affect the thermal response and proposed a combination of insulation layer material for use with thermal protection structures.Through the phase change material to absorb the remaining heat insulating material to further achieve the cooling effect,raise more security?Through the medium temperature phase change material parameter choices ultimately determine the thermal control components required for the preparation of composite phase change material: erythritol and mannitol.Determine the parameters and properties and prepared phase change temperature thermal control components were tested and characterized.Studied under certain conditions of temperature phase change thermal control components were simulated and analyzed,its parameters thermal conductivity,porosity,pore size,the impact of phase change materials for thermal response performance,its use theoretical guidance.A reference to a spacecraft re-entry return thermodynamic environment as the background,and the multi-layer insulation structure is simplified and re-design,the use of Fluent insulating layer containing the composite phase change heat transfer process heat control structures were different forms Numerical simulation and analysis.
