| The automobile cab is an important environment for the driver to interact with the car.Cab ergonomics design of the rationality of the driver’s safety and comfort are playing an important role.This article through to the further research of ergonomics,this paper presents an integrated design method of automobile cab parameters based on human simulation,to design automobile cab.This method takes full account of the ergonomics requirements of the car cab,incorporates the cab parameter design,the establishment of virtual human environment and cab parameter optimization and so on.This method can shorten the overall design cycle and reduce design costs,conforms to the modern car cab design method and train of thought.The paper takes a brand car as the research object(Passenger cars,Length 6m below and the number of people not more than 9 people),to design automobile cab.The main research contents include the following aspects.(1)Through the analysis of research status at home and abroad,combined with automotive ergonomics related theory,the contents and methods of automobile cab ergonomics research are analyzed.According to the automobile cab ergonomic design requirements,this paper presents an integrated design method of automobile cab parameters based on human simulation.(2)To use an integrated design method of automobile cab parameters based on human simulation,design of perceptual engineering systems for cabs,get the cab shape and color.And use CATIA software to build human digital model,determine the position of the cab parameter point,and get the initial parametric model of the cab.(3)The human-machine-environment system is established by using the digital human body model and the initial parameter model of the cab,analysis of visual effects and control efficiency of digital human body model in cab model,to analyze the data evaluate the driving posture comfort.According to the evaluation results,the cab parameterization model is modified,get the final cab model.Verify the feasibility of the design method. |
