Condensate System(CDS)is one of the most important systems of the second loop in a passive safe nuclear power plant.The steam from the Main Steam System is collected and condensed in CDS.At the same time,normal drain and emergency drain form other systems are condensed in CDS.Modeling and Simulation of Condensate System is an important part of the development of the full-scope simulator in passive safe nuclear power plant.Accurate CDS simulation model can make the operator more in-depth understanding of the performance of CDS.The composition and operation characteristics of CDS in a passive safe nuclear power plant are introduced in this paper.And the simulation model of CDS is established based on the fluid network graphic modeling tool JTopmeret.And the loading and operation of model is completed by simulation platform SimExec.In the single system simulation model,setting the steady-state boundary conditions in full power condition for debugging,the error that simulation results compared with design values of key parameters is in the allowed range.Steady simulation results show that the system model is correct.Based on the single steady-state model,PID control codes to achieve the pressure and water level control of condenser are designed in this paper.In this paper,with the steady model of condensate system merged into a public database,the steady-state model is jointly debugged with other systems of passive safe nuclear power plant which reach steady testing results.With the effect of completed control system in nuclear power plant,the simulation of dynamic process of power plant linear 5% power reduction and step 10% power lift can be reached.Characteristics analysis of relevant parameters has been done,the device characteristics and the laws of nature are achieved in the results.Inserting typical malfunction in steady power plant model: condenser tube leak and loss of condenser vacuum,device characteristics and the law of nature can be fited in the changing trend of the main parameters of nuclear power plant device,which further verifys the correctness of the model.
