How to cool the turbine blade efficiently has been an important problem of the design of gas turbine,with the continuous increase of the inlet Temperature of gas and the continuous development of the technology of gas turbine.The srtucture of crossed-rib is a special srtucture of the internal cooling of turbine blade,it has good cooling effect,bad pressure loss and hard to machining.Therefore,it has important significant to study the heat transfer and flow characteristics of the srtucture of crossed-rib.The author studies the heat transfer and flow characteristics of the srtucture of crossed-rib through the method of numerical simulation and experimental text.In this paper the Different srtucture parameters of simplify crossed-rib channels,crossed-rib channel with slots,crossedrib channel with pin fin are numerically simulated and the experimental results are used to check up the accuracy of numerical simulate.The main research of this paper is shown as following:1.To study the heat transfer and flow characteristics better,the different srtucture parameters,Different lengthen srtucture's equidimension and amplified crossed-rib channel are numerically simulated.Then analyze the change of lengthen srtucture and srtucture parameter's influence on crossed-rib channel,get the influence regularity and the reason of it,analyze the feasibility of using the amplified crossed-rib channel simulate the equidimension crossed-rib channel.2.This paper open slots with Different shapes and wide to the crossed-rib channel in the same srtucture parameter,so that the crossed-rib channel's performance will be improved,analyze the flow and heat transfer mechanism of crossed-rib channel with slots,analyze the influence of Different shape and wide of slots on crossed-rib channel with slots,get the influence regularity and the reason of it.Finally we get the shape and wide of slot with best synthesized heat exchanging performance.3.This paper add pin fin in the sub-channel crossing in the same srtucture parameter to improve the crossed-rib channel's performance,analyze the flow and heat transfer mechanism of crossed-rib channel with pin fin,analyze the influence of Different number and diameter of pin fin on the crossed-rib channel with pin fin,get the influence regularity and the reason of it.Finally we get the number and diameter of pin fin with best synthesized heat exchanging performance.4.The transient thermochromic liquid crystal(TLC)technique is used to study the crossedrib channel.The distribute of heat transfer and the pressure loss are got so that we can analyze analyze the flow and heat transfer mechanism of crossed-rib channel deeply.Then the Result of experimental and numerical simulation are comparative analyzed to verify the feasibility of the numerical simulation method...
