One of the basic conditions for building a maritime power or Building modem economic system is that the marine economy should be highly developed.Sharp tools make good work.More advanced marine machinery and equipment are the prerequisites for marine development.The dynamic positioning system use thrusters to provide forces against the effect of wind,wave and current on the ship,so as to keep the position as far as possible.Due to the heavy cost,long cycle,and high risk of real ship training,it is of great significance to develop a dynamic positioning simulator to satisfy the requirements of personnel training.This topic develops the data processing and malfunction simulation technology in the dynamic positioning simulator.First,the sensor system assembled in the dynamic positioning system is studied,to simulate the data noise of the GPS and underwater acoustic positioning system.Secondly,the data fusion technology is used to deal with the multi-sensor data.Based on the mentioned works,simulated the analog signal's failure mode in the simulator.Finally,Visual C++ is used to implement the malfunction simulation and data fusion technology and verify its effect.The main work done in this paper is as follows:(1)The parameters such as the horizontal dilution of precision(HDOP)and the user equivalent range error(UERE)are obtained by the experiments,so as to calculate the eigenvalues of the noise.The circular error probability method is used to simulate the data noise of GPS and aquatic positioning system.A good result is obtained by comparing the experiments with the actual data.(2)The filtering effects of two filtering algorithms based on kalman filter(KFM)and unscented kalman filter(UKF)in dynamic positioning system are compared through experiments by MATLAB.Adaptive outlier detection technology,unscented kalman filter and adaptive weighted data-fusion algorithm are used to deal with the sensordata.Theresultoftheexperimentisremarkable.(3)According to the requirements for simulation of data faults in dynamic positioning simulator from DNV,we realized the fault simulation program and verified the fault-tolerant performance of the data-fusion algorithm.The noise simulation module in this paper would be able to simulate the size and distribution of the noise of position sensor.Data processing and fusion module can handle a variety of sensor data with error.It not only improves the accuracy of the data,but also has a high fault tolerance performance.
