| This paper studied the seismic performance of ordinary rural brick and wood structure houses,by the survey on-site sampling.Which conclude the spatial layout of the rural houses,building materials,structural forms,construction technology,etc.Selected a typical rural housing in the area and designed the shaking-table test by this dates.And evaluated the typical rural housing seismic performance through the test.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Surveyed the status quo of the earthquake performance of the rural houses in Sanhe city.The types of residential structures,construction age,construction materials and construction quality and seismic construction measures were mainly recorded.This paper also analyzed some problems existing in the anti-seismic fortification of rural houses,such as macro cracks are more obvious,lose of vertical walls,roof is weak,basic seismic structures are short of.(2)The acceleration,displacement and strain datas of the input and output from the model structure are processed by the vibration table scale test,and analyzed the dynamic response of the ordinary residential area under the earthquake.We can find that there is a large cracks in the house under the action of 0.2g earthquake,and the structure occurred moderate damage;in the 0.3g earthquake,the structure of the more serious damage,indicating that such housing cannot meet the region’s seismic fortification requirements.It is also found that the housing is relatively weak.Wall joints are prone to local cracks,cracks later developed prone to partial dumping,brittle damage,and ultimately the collapse of the house.Summed up the lack of housing is the main reason for the collapse of such houses.(3)The change of the dynamic characteristics of the house is known as the increase of the input ground motion,the frequency of the structure is gradually reduced,the period is prolonged and the stiffness decreases,and the damping is gradually increasing.The change of the long axis direction is obvious and coincides with the actual lack of transverse wall.With the increase of the height,the dynamic amplification coefficient of the structure gradually increases,indicating that the ground motion along the wall propaganda,with significant amplification effect.The pre-power coefficient has been strengthened,and then gradually reduced,the structure of the cumulative damage within the earthquake,the level of shear cannot be completely transferred to the upper part of the structure.Analysis of the time-history curve shows that the housing structure has been reversed,and the difference in the displacement gauge with symmetrical arrangement on the wall can also account for this.Analysis of the inter-layer displacement angle,found that it is consistent with the structural failure state,indicating that the control of the interlayer displacement angle can effectively prevent the brick structure brittle damage. |
