Digital radiology equipment is an essential imaging equipment in hospitals,which can provide doctors with high resolution medical images of human body.Due to the complexity,variety,high-frequency use and the turnover of technician,a significantly high risk with uncertainty and randomicity may exists in the whole life cycle of digital radiology equipment.The status of digital radiology equipment is a highly important factor which may affect the daily diagnosis and treat in a hospital.There are many factors that can affect the normal operation,such as the environment of the computer room,the frequency of use,the service life,the number of maintenance and the personal quality of the operators.Therefore,reliably and accurately predict the status of digital radiology equipment can significantly influence the plan of the maintenance,staffing requirement,equipment configuration and preventive maintenance of digital radiology equipment.The seasonable and precise predictions can take full advantage of digital radiology equipment,which is a key to daily routine of a hospital.Scientific prediction can not only help technicians to study the operation law of the equipment,but also provide the basis for the equipment management department to make scientific preventive maintenance decision.In this paper,considering the influence of dynamic time-varying and uncertain factors on the operation state of digital radiology equipment,using grey theory,GM(1,1)model and grey Markov chain model to predict the fault interval of the CT tube;using the particle swarm optimization to optimize these models to predict the failure rate of the CT image reconstruction system;using fuzzy decision method,for the target of maximum availability and minimum maintenance cost,to determine the optimal preventive maintenance cycle of the CT bed.On this basis,guiding the maintenance work scientifically and regularly,fastening on the key of maintenance management,ensuring the equipment operating safely,stably and efficiently,and ultimately providing a theoretical basis and reference for improving the management level of a hospital.
